My journey as a coach.....

After graduating from IIT Kharagpur, I began my professional journey during which I held various senior level positions in reputable organizations for more than three decades. During this journey, I have always been intrigued by how the uniqueness of people influences team dynamics. While being a part of this environment and helping people achieve their best, I evolved on a personal and professional level. I have actively sought self-improvement at an ontological level in the last eight years. I gathered functional knowledge of Transaction Analysis and obtained mastery in Neuro Linguistic Programming & Hypnotherapy. Further, my fascination with the concept of positive psychology led to my training as Clifton Strengthsfinder (Gallup) Coach. Further, I am certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and as a Senior Practitioner by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). These accreditations helped me in creating an ecosystem that has had far-reaching impact on the developmental needs of ambitious executives and individuals. During this journey, I was presented with the ‘Golden Globe Tigers’ Best Executive Coach’ award and I have also been recognized as the ‘Best People Development Coach of the year 2016’ by the Coaching Leadership awards.
